Pagaria Welfare Foundation (PWF) offers a refund to donors only in case of errors or technical issues during the donation process, such as duplicate donations or overpayments.

1. Requesting a Refund

• Donors must inform PWF via email or written communication to claim a refund.

• The refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of donation.

• Refunds will be processed and issued within 30 calendar days from the date of request.

 

2. Refund Process

• Details regarding the refund will be communicated via email or letter.

• Refunds will be made by cheque in the name of the original donor only.

• All refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) based on the current exchange/currency rates at the time of refund.

 

3. Donation Cancellation Fee

• For online donations, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• For donations made via cheque, demand draft, or other offline modes, a flat fee of INR 300 will be deducted.
