Founded in 2019, Pagaria Welfare Foundation (PWF) works at the grassroots to transform opportunity gaps into pathways for growth and independence. We believe change is not created through charity alone, but through trust, partnership, and community-led action. By working closely within communities, we design practical, scalable solutions that create lasting impact.

Today, PWF operates across 10 states in India, driven by the belief that real change happens when compassion meets action—amplified through collaboration. At PWF, we believe progress is strongest when communities and partners move forward together.

In 2019, the philanthropic wing of Pagaria Group took shape as this foundation - a sincere effort to bridge the gap between privilege and potential. What began as a small initiative has steadily grown into a movement for education, dignity, and empowerment across rural and semi-urban India.

The idea of the foundation was born from the Pagaria Group’s long-standing ethos of giving back to society. Known for its innovative FinTech products and services - including USB Smart Tokens, OTP Banking Tokens, Mobile POS devices, and Sound Boxes - the Pagaria Group has always believed that real progress is measured not only in business growth but in the positive, lasting impact we create in the lives of people and communities.

Our Journey: From Realization to Revolution

The story of Pagaria Welfare Foundation began with a simple yet unsettling realization. Our founder, Vaidhei Pagaria, witnessed the deep divide between India’s thriving urban centers and the vast, untapped potential of its rural and semi-urban communities.

While urban children grow up surrounded by resources and opportunities, millions across rural India are still waiting for their first real chance. That gap became our calling.

Started in June 2019 as a philanthrophic wing of
Pagaria Group with a ideology of giving back to

COVID Relief work in the most remote villages of Bihar, Jharkhand and Rajasthan
Launched Project Laadli initiative for Menstruation,
Marriage, Pregnancy and Women Empowerment
