PWF Model of Working

We assess children’s learning levels, school infrastructure, digital gaps, play opportunities, and social issues affecting girls and women, with support from local partners.
01) Village & Community Survey
We form a committee with the village head, school staff, anganwadi worker, women’s representative, and grassroots NGO partner for smooth, community-led implementation.
02) Formation of Community Committee
We study key indicators:
• Children’s learning levels & attendance
• Dropout rates
• Access to books, toys & digital tools
• Menstrual hygiene awareness
• Youth skills & job readiness
• Overall health gaps
03) Baseline Assessment
Local volunteers and center managers are trained in child learning, digital basics, library/toy library operations, MHM awareness, documentation, and reporting.
04) Selection & Training of Volunteers
Based on community needs, we establish:
• Community Learning Centers
• Toy Libraries
• Book Libraries
• Digital Computer Labs
• School transformation upgrades Including toys, books, charts, STEM kits, smart TVs, and digital content.
05) Setting Up Learning & Development Spaces
Educators receive training in activity-based learning, digital tools, library/play facilitation, session planning, KPIs, and gender/MHM sensitivity.
06) Teacher & Facilitator Training
We run daily/weekly activities:
• CLC learning sessions
• Computer classes
• Play-based learning
• Reading & storytelling
• Women and girls’ skill development
• Regular assessments & attendance tracking
07) Programme Implementation & Monitoring
We conduct menstrual hygiene sessions, distribute sustainable products, hold health & nutrition talks, and support adolescent girls and women. KPI: Laadli sessions in every village.
08) MHM, Health & Awareness Camps (Laadli)
We conduct workshops on digital skills, tailoring, entrepreneurship, art, craft, sports, life skills, parenting, and youth career guidance, based on community needs.
