What started as a small act of kindness has grown into a movement for social good.
Back in 2019, Vaidhei Pagaria began by collecting and sharing toys and books with children in need. That simple effort soon became the seed for something much larger — the birth of Pagaria Welfare Foundation (PWF), an organization committed to uplifting children and women in rural and semi-urban India.
Over the years, PWF has expanded its work through impactful initiatives:
🎲 Project Khilona – Bringing the joy of learning to children through toy and game libraries.
📚 Project Shiksha – Opening doors to education and digital literacy for every child.
🌸 Project Laadli – Breaking menstrual taboos through awareness, dialogue, and dignity.
💪 Women Empowerment Programs – Helping women gain skills, confidence, and financial independence.
Today, these initiatives reach across 9 states of India, creating spaces where children learn with joy and women grow with pride.
We are deeply honoured that our Founder & CEO, Vaidhei Pagaria, has been featured in the Free Press Journal’s “Angels of Mumbai” series — a platform celebrating changemakers who turn compassion into lasting impact.
Every milestone reminds us that true change begins with small steps — and the courage to keep walking.
💖 Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, and partner who continues to walk this journey with us. Together, we are building a brighter, more equitable India.
