PROJECT PUSTAK

6.png

Together we can nurture the joy of reading in every child.

WHY PROJECT PUSTAK?

  • Very limited access to storybooks

  • No libraries to spark curiosity and creativity

  • First-generation learners need engaging reading support

  • Without stories, learning becomes mechanical

OUR SOLUTION

  • Mini Libraries with age-appropriate books in local languages and English

  • Reading Sessions with weekly circles and storytelling

  • Community Engagement to build a reading culture at home and school

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Provide access to age-appropriate books and stories

  • Build strong reading habits in rural and semi- urban children

  • Support language skills and creativity through stories

  • Create child-friendly, inspiring reading spaces

  • Involve parents, teachers, and volunteers to sustain a reading culture
