Empowering Girls Through Menstrual Health Education at Assam.

Under Project Laadli, we conducted a Menstrupedia Comic Distribution and Self-Care Awareness Session at Mahendra Das Vidyapith School, Nagaon, Assam.
More than 50 girls joined the session. We spoke about menstrual health, self-care, and hygiene in a simple and comfortable way. Each girl received a Menstrupedia comic to help her understand menstruation easily and without fear.
These comics help remove fear and confusion and guide girls to care for their bodies with confidence. Watching them listen, smile, and ask questions reminded us how meaningful simple awareness and learning can be for their lives.
