Empowering Women & Children through Skill Development and Awareness A Community Initiative in Pen, Maharashtra.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Aai Day Care Sanstha, Pen Raigad Maharashtra a truly inspiring space where special children come together to learn, grow, and build skills for a more independent future.

This center is not just a place of learning; it is a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to explore their abilities, gain confidence, and even develop skills to earn with dignity.

Creative Activities: Pipe cleaners and craft sessions where More than 35 children made beautiful flowers and bouquets designs.

Developmental Sessions: Brain Gym and Finger Gym to improve focus, coordination, and motor skills for 35 plus children.

Skill Building: Chocolate-making sessions introducing simple livelihood skills there was 25 plus women and girls learned

Art & Expression: More than 35 women and girls joined the Mehndi sessions encouraging creativity and cultural connection

Awareness: Menstrual Hygiene Management 20 plus women and girls attended the Menstrual Hygiene session, gaining awareness about health and hygiene.
